Some countries like Italy will open their borders sooner to attract tourism but Spain will do so from July 1 if all goes well.

Travel to Spain in July from the UK
Nowadays, the borders between the United Kingdom and Spain are open, but the entry of passengers is reduced and the quarantine must be kept in the case of traveling from this country.
